Feeling really inspired...

So it's been a long time since I have used my sewing machine because I have had to leave it in London while living in Finland. But now I am home in London and have some time on my hands (when I'm not partying :p) I figured I should fetch my sewing machine down from the loft and make some badass clothes. Nowadays I can never find what I want in the shops and if I do it's really expensive and something that I could easily make myself and obviously I would have the satisfaction of knowing I made it :). So! The sewing machine is coming down this week! I have already mended my leather waistcoat but hand stitching it which was pretty painful but worth it :). And I have some more projects in mind which I can't wait to get started with. I bought a really big Alice Cooper t shirt from ebay for less than a fiver and I am going to alter it and make it look ultra badass. I also found some old fabric paints which I'm gonna have fun with

but I did actually go out today and find the lushest Silver fabric paint, only 2.50 not bad even though the pot is pretty small, I am sure it lasts quite a while :)

I also looked for some nice materials down Green Street (this street is full of fabric shops) but unfortunatly while the fabrics were nice, they wern't my style so I was quite disappointed :(. I'm gonna need to research where to find badass fabrics that are not TOO expensive.

So yes, I am feeling very inspired, and can't wait to start making some cool ass shit. And I am hoping I can carry on with it when I go back to Finland, maybe someone will donate their sewing machine to me :D

Now I'm off to draw up some ideas :)
